• The Customer has the right to receive considerate and respectful service.
  • The Customer has the right, and is encouraged to ask questions relating to repairs or services performed at our locations.
  • The Customer has the right to a full explanation of repairs or service performed at our locations.
  • The Customer has the right to an estimate on repairs or service at our locations.
  • The Customer has the right to expect repairs or service performed in a timely manner.
  • The Customer has the right to ask for old parts to be returned.
  • The Customer has the right to a Warranty on repairs, services, or parts and have that Warranty honored if needed. Warranty should apply to parts sold as a part of repair or service. Used parts, or parts supplied by the customer cannot be covered by the warranty.
  • The Customer has the right to expect that all information about the Customer and repairs or services performed at our locations will be confidential.
  • The Customer has the right to make their own decisions on which repairs or services are performed at our locations.
  • The Customer has the right to review invoices and records about his/her repairs or service and have the information explained or interpreted.
