The Customer has the right to receive considerate and respectful service.
The Customer has the right, and is encouraged to ask questions relating to repairs or services performed at our locations.
The Customer has the right to a full explanation of repairs or service performed at our locations.
The Customer has the right to an estimate on repairs or service at our locations.
The Customer has the right to expect repairs or service performed in a timely manner.
The Customer has the right to ask for old parts to be returned.
The Customer has the right to a Warranty on repairs, services, or parts and have that Warranty honored if needed. Warranty should apply to parts sold as a part of repair or service. Used parts, or parts supplied by the customer cannot be covered by the warranty.
The Customer has the right to expect that all information about the Customer and repairs or services performed at our locations will be confidential.
The Customer has the right to make their own decisions on which repairs or services are performed at our locations.
The Customer has the right to review invoices and records about his/her repairs or service and have the information explained or interpreted.
